Punctuality, please arrive 15 minutes early to get from the parking lot to the bar.  If you arrive 15 minutes late, you will lose 30 minutes of your pay. Upon arrival, you must text the office.  First so that we know that you arrived safely and secondly our clients hold us to every minute.  Please arrive on time! You will have one hour to set up the bar.  The bar must open on time. Once the bar opens, do not leave alcohol unattended.  Save all used and unused liquor, liqueur and mixer bottles.

  3. Closing the bar

The shopping list will dictate what time to close the bar.  Our bar typically closes 30 minutes or 1 hour before the event end time. We do not announce the bar closing to avoid a last minute rush at the bar. Box up all the clients bottles, mixers whatever they provided for the bar and notify the event planner or client.  The client must remove all alcohol off the premises before the bartender can leave.  The bartender can not assist with taking the boxes to the clients vehicle. Check with the event planner, if you need to remove all trash to the outside trash cans.
