Request an ambassador

This form is to be completed by the brand owner.  Use this form to request Special Blends to schedule a brand ambassador for your tastings.

Once we receive your request, we will assign a brand ambassador to you, you will receive an email confirmation listing the brand ambassador assigned and invoice is generated. Once the tasting is complete, you will

receive a report on the tasting activity.  Please pay the invoice, promptly after the tasting.
