What's Next

Thank you for allowing us to provide you with amazing bartending service. After printing and reviewing the contract agreement attached below, here’s what happens next.




  1. Review your Invoice

    If you need to make changes. Please email us at info@specialblendsbar.com



  2. Pay the Deposit

    If the invoice is correct, please pay the deposit to secure a bartender for your event. By paying the deposit you are agreeing to the terms indicated on the contract (sent to you via email and at the top of this page). 




    1. Bar Essentials/Full Bar Package

      For clients with the bar essentials or full bar package. Once you have paid the deposit, complete your Drinks Tasting Scheduling Form or email us (info@specialblendsbar.com) and let us know when you would like to schedule your FREE tasting. (Tues-Thur, 6-8pm) 


    2. Shopping List

      After the tasting we will create a shopping list. It will detail:

      - All the signature cocktails for the event

      - What alcoholic products and how much to purchase.  

      The shopping list will be emailed to you for your review. 




    1. Bartender Only Package

      For all clients with bartender only package. Once you have paid the deposit, we will discuss the signature drinks and proceed to the next task.

    2. Shopping List

      We will create a shopping list. It will detail:

      - All the signature cocktails for the event

      - What alcoholic products and how much to purchase.  

      The shopping list will be emailed to you for your review. 


  3. Final Review

    We will call you for a final review of everything, and make any adjustments requested prior to the final payment. 


  4. Final Payment

    Final payment will be due approximately 1 week prior to the event date. All invoices must be paid in full prior to the event date.
