Two bartenders will always be assigned to the bar. You will need your pouring permit.

Pouring permits can be attained at the Powder Springs Police Department between the hours of 9am – 4pm. The cost will be about $20 to $35 and is good for 2 years.

Once you have your permit, please send maXx a copy.
Hours for the Concert Series:
Saturday: 6–10pm (PS###)
Please arrive 30 minutes early and find parking. The City Hall parking lot should be available.
Pay for the day is $10 per hour plus your individual cash or credit tips.

Dress Attire: Dark color bottoms. Anything comfortable. Black shirts, no logos.

Dark color shoes/sneakers.
Washing stations at each bar. Do not use napkins to give them black straws.
Check all IDs.
If the guests do not have an ID-checked wristband, please check all IDs.

Cutting off drunk drinkers
Pay and Tips Earned:
-
Each bartender will earn their own cash and credit card tips.
-
No CashApp tips allowed.
-
Do not print out credit card receipts unless the customer asks. Phone number receipts only. No email.

Credit card tips will be paid with payroll on the following Tuesday or sooner.
-
Payroll: All bartenders are paid $10 x hours worked.

Set amount pay for setup team and ID checkers.
Rules:
-
Walkie-talkies at each bar, but you need to take turns to restock the ice.
-
Beeps only for help. Each bar has a number to beep and we will come and help. Bar One = 1 beep, Bar Two = 2 beeps… etc.
-
When you run out of something, look in boxes for more before you call us on walkies.
-
Pour everything into the appropriate cup; nothing is served from a bottle or can.

Pour and serve beer into 16oz cups.
-
Pour full glass of wine in 9oz cups.
-
Margaritas: make in 16oz serving cup and then pour into big tin to shake (must be a full drink).
-
Add more Triple Sec to increase the volume of the drink.
-
Never leave bar unattended.
-
Do not give out cups or ice to anyone without the purchase of a drink.
-
No shots served, not even with a cube of ice. Must have ice and chaser.
-
All sales are entered into POS (cash and credit cards).

Absolutely no drinking on the job

Do not throw away alcohol bottles, mixer bottles, or liquor bottles

Do not throw away bottle tops
-
All bottles must be covered with a cup or bottle top, especially the wine (prevent gnats)

Cash box money will be collected throughout the event by maXx only.
End of Shift:
-
Wipe down the bars.
-
Wipe down all bottles, including empties.
-
Pack up alcohol in boxes.
-
Do not take down tents until the park is closed.
-
Do not leave the bar unattended while alcohol is on-site.

Clock out using the POS.

If you are pouring from an upside-down can, please make sure the customer sees you wipe off the can before pouring.
